The journey begins with our washing and sorting system. Fresh fruit enters a multi-stage cleaning line featuring air bubble flotation to lift dirt and debris, high-pressure spray nozzles for thorough rinsing, and soft brush rollers that gently clean delicate fruits without bruising. An inspection conveyor with manual sorting platforms allows workers to remove damaged or unripe fruit before processing continues.
Next is the juicing extraction stage. Depending on your fruit type and desired final product, we offer screw presses for apples and pears, belt presses for berries and soft fruits, or centrifugal juicers for citrus. Our cold press technology preserves heat-sensitive nutrients and natural flavors while achieving juice yields of 85 to 90 percent. For citrus, we provide complete extractors that separate juice, oil, and peel in one pass.
For factories producing concentrated juice, our multi-effect vacuum evaporator removes water at low temperatures, typically concentrating juice from 12 Brix up to 65 to 72 Brix. The system operates under vacuum conditions that prevent heat damage to flavor compounds and vitamins. An optional aroma recovery system captures volatile compounds and returns them to the concentrate for superior taste quality.
The blending and formulation stage gives you complete control over your final product. Our fully automated blending skids include stainless steel tanks with variable speed agitators, precision mass flow meters, and a PLC control system that manages syrup preparation, acid and vitamin additions, and flavor injections. You can create everything from single-strength juices to complex multi-fruit blends and functional beverages.
The complete line includes CIP automatic cleaning networks that sanitize all product contact surfaces without disassembly, saving hours of manual labor daily. All equipment is constructed from food-grade 304 or 316 stainless steel and meets CE certification standards.
